Submission

Category 1: Full Papers (for Publication and Presentation)

Paper Requirements: The selection of papers will be based on the significance of results, technical merit(s), relevance, and clarity of presentation. The final program will consist of previously unpublished and contributed papers with substantial time allocated to discussion.

Submission Format: 8 pages of main text + 2 pages of references (double‑blind reviewing, Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) format).

Publication Information: Electronic paper proceedings will be arranged. Accepted papers will be published in the LNCS proceedings. Please refer to the submission format guidelines of MICCAI 2025 and the LNCS authors’ information page for details. Failure to abide by the formatting guidelines will result in immediate rejection of the paper.

Category 2: Extended Abstracts (for Presentation only)

Abstract Requirements: This year we also welcome extended abstracts reporting ongoing work, preliminary results, or valuable insights, whether these are technical studies, challenge reports, dataset descriptions, or novel ideas. This category is suitable for:

Presentation and Publication: Accepted abstracts will be presented at the workshop but will not be included in the published proceedings. We look forward to welcoming more participants for idea sharing and discussion of future perspectives.

Submission Format: 4 pages of main text + 2 pages of references (Springer LNCS format).
